When the machine turns on, the motor of the main unit will drive the main shaft and rotary table to rotate through a reducer. The roll pin on the edge of the rotary table will drive dozens of rollers to roll in the ring.

Large materials will be crushed by the hammer crusher into small particles and transferred to the storage area. Then the vibrating feeder will send the materials through an inclined feeding pipe onto the table for scattered material, which is on the upper deck of the rotary table.

Materials will be pushed to the edge of the table by centrifugal force and fall into rings located at three different levels. There the rollers will grind the materials into powders by crushing and rolling on them. Then, the high pressure blower will draw air inside by suction effect and send the powders to the powder concentrator . The rotating impeller inside the powder concentrator will return coarse materials to the table for regrinding. And the qualified powders, driven by airflow, will get into the whirlwind powder collector. Then powders will be released by a discharge valve at the bottom of the collector and become finished products . The airflow, carrying a few powders, will be cleaned by the pulse cleaner and then discharged by the blower and muffler.
